The technicians did a wonderful job on my carpet. My lovely pets knocked over a soy candle that splattered everywhere. Unfortunately, it did happen over the holiday weekend so it had sat for a few days. This technician got so much of it out of my carpet I was deeply amazed. I hadn't expected so much of the candle wax to come up. The nice part about it was that he didn't give up when it appeared it wasn't coming out, he just kept working on it. My carpet looks good as new!
